INVITATION FOR BIDS The Housing Authority of the City of Prescott, Arkansas, 398 Hale Avenue, hereinafter called the PHA, will receive bids at 398 Hale Avenue, for the removal and replacement of shingles on 27 buildings until 2:00 p.m. Tuesday, December 15, 2009 at which time and place all bids will be opened and read aloud. Any bid received after the closing time will be returned unopened. Copies of bidding documents may be obtained by calling the PHA at (870-887-3718, obtained from our office in person, or writing to the PHA at P.O. Box 119 Prescott, Arkansas 71857.
